clinical psychologist, couples and individual therapist
My methods
A set of different methods from the arsenal of a clinical psychologist for the treatment of mental disorders. Among them: Schema therapy EMDR Mentalization-based therapy CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy) DBT (Dialectical behavioral therapy)
A narrative practitioner sees you not as an object of treatment or a patient, but as a unique individual and respects your opinion, inner world, religion, culture.
Narrative conversation helps to restore authorship in your life, find and strengthen your supports, and free yourself from public opinion.
This method takes into account the influence of power, privilege and hierarchy, and allows you to work with people and communities facing discrimination (racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.).
focus on the present and future, not the past
focus on the client's resources, strengths and competencies, not weaknesses
focus on the solution, not the problem
